FAQ

Congratulations! The fact that you're interested in yoga is a great place to start. Now getting yourself to the studio is half the struggle. Let us help you with a few pointers below...​

  1. Wear something comfortable where you can move freely. Yoga is done barefoot so we have a safe spot for you to leave your shoes, jackets and items near the front door.

  2. We are located at 14 Sierra Drive, Suite B with parking and entrance at the front the building. You can find a map on our Contact page.

  3. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can register the first time and ask questions.

  4. Mats and props are provided if you don't currently have one.

  5. Not sure which class is right for you? Check out our class styles on the Classes page.

Our teachers are all highly trained in their field, insured and CPR certified, so don't be shy about asking questions. Yoga and movement classes are a positive step toward healing the body, building strength and relieving stress. We look forward to sharing our expertise with you!
