Congratulations! The fact that you're interested in yoga is a great place to start. Now getting yourself to your mat is half the struggle. Let us help you with a few pointers below...​

  1. Wear something comfortable where you can move freely. Yoga is done barefoot so we have a safe spot for you to leave your shoes, jackets and items near the front door.

  2. Due to COVID-19, come prepared to practice safety measures to help lessen the spread of communicable disease, i.e. social distancing and masks when checking in to class. Masks are optional when practicing.

  3. We are located at 14 Sierra Drive, Suite B with parking and entrance at the front the building. You can find a map on our Contact page.

  4. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can register the first time and ask questions.

  5. Mats are available for purchase if you don't currently have one. Otherwise, please bring your own mat and props for your practice.

Our teachers are all highly trained in their field, insured and CPR certified, so don't be shy about asking questions. Yoga and movement classes are a positive step toward healing the body, building strength and relieving stress. We look forward to sharing our expertise with you!
